Aiming to improve the wellbeing of women
It's A Research Programme

Teesside University is undertaking a project alongside Tees Valley Sport with funding from Sport England to introduce a lifestyle programme for women with a BMI over 30 who are experiencing infertility.
The LIFT Project has been designed with women who have experienced infertility, the fertility team at James Cook Hospital and the project workforce who deliver coaching and wellbeing activities. The intervention has been co-designed to give the best combination of exercise, mental wellbeing and togetherness to support you through your infertility journey.
